How I work
You don't need to know exactly what you need.
We begin with you.
A simple introduction
People often ask me,
"What actually happens in a session?"
The honest answer is...
it depends.
Because every person arrives differently.
So what's next?
The first conversation
Our first conversation isn't an assessment.
It's simply a chance to meet each other.
You tell me what has brought you here.
We slow things down.
How sessions unfold
We begin with a conversation

The approaches

Different Approaches. One Conversation.
What people often notice
What people Ask
Do I need to know which approach I need?
No.
Most people don’t.
Some people arrive because they feel anxious or overwhelmed. Others are navigating a relationship, a life transition or something they can’t quite put into words.
We begin with you, not with a method. Together we’ll discover what feels most helpful.
Is this therapy?
The work is trauma-informed but it is not psychotherapy.
It is a space for awareness, emotional integration and personal growth, bringing together different approaches in a way that responds to the individual rather than following a fixed method.
Can sessions be online?
Yes.
Many people work with me online from different parts of the world. Others prefer to meet in person when that is available.
Both can be equally meaningful.
How many sessions?
There is no fixed programme.
Some people come with one specific question and leave after a single session. Others choose to work together over several months.
We review the process together as it unfolds rather than deciding everything in advance.
Do I need meditation experience?
Not at all.
Many people I work with have never meditated before. Any practices we explore are introduced gently and only if they feel appropriate.
What happens after the first session?
The first session is simply a conversation.
We’ll explore what has brought you here and take time to understand what feels most present for you. There is no pressure to tell your whole story or to have everything figured out.
From there, we follow what naturally unfolds.
Is everything confidential?
Yes.
Everything shared in our sessions is treated with care and confidentiality, within normal professional and legal responsibilities.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If something here resonates but you’re still unsure, that’s completely normal.
The introductory conversation is simply an opportunity to meet, ask questions and get a feel for how I work. There is no expectation or obligation to continue afterwards.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong?
You don’t need to.
Many people arrive with a feeling rather than a clear explanation. They know something isn’t quite right, but they can’t yet put it into words.
That is enough.
We begin there.
Will I have to talk about painful experiences?
Only if and when it feels right.
There is never any pressure to revisit memories before you feel ready. Sometimes healing begins not by telling the whole story, but by noticing what is happening in the present moment.
Invitation
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You only need somewhere to begin.
