FOR WHEN SOMETHING HAS CHANGED

Something has ended.
Something else has not yet begun.

You don’t have to know what comes next.

Change can arrive in many ways. A relationship ends. Work changes. Someone leaves. A part of your life no longer feels as it did before.

Sometimes the hardest place is not what has ended, but the space afterwards when the old is gone and the new has not yet taken shape.

RECOGNITION

Maybe you recognise this.

You keep looking back.
You wonder what could have been different.
Part of you wants to move forward.
Another part isn’t ready.
You don’t quite know who you are here.

Life around you may have continued.
But something in you is still catching up.

There may be sadness. Relief. Anger. Uncertainty.

Sometimes several of them at once.

THE QUESTION CHANGES
How do I move on?

What still needs a place in me?

A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

Not everything that ends needs to be left behind.

Some things find a different place in us.
HOW WE MIGHT WORK

We make room for what is here.

You do not need to be ready to move on. We begin with what is present; the loss, the uncertainty, what your body remembers, or the part of you that may still be holding on.

From there, different practices may enter the work naturally.

A PERSONAL NOTE

I know something of life changing before you are ready.

Some changes divide life into a before and an after.

I know what it is like when something important is no longer there, while the rest of life somehow continues around you.

Over time, I have learned that healing did not mean forgetting what came before or forcing myself to leave it behind. It meant allowing it to find a different place within me.

That shapes how I sit with change and loss now. There is no need to hurry towards an answer. Sometimes we begin simply by making room for what is here.

YOU CAN BEGIN HERE.

Curious? That’s enough to begin.

You can come with a question, a feeling, a pattern you keep meeting or simply with the sense that something needs attention.
