STILL SEARCHING

You have explored many paths.

And somehow, you are still looking.

You may have travelled, studied, meditated, sat with teachers or moved from one retreat to another. Some experiences may have changed you deeply. And yet, after a while, the searching begins again.

RECOGNITION

Maybe you recognise this.

The next retreat.
The next teacher.
The next practice.
The next breakthrough.
The next place.

For a while, something shifts.
You feel more clearer. More connected.
Perhaps even transformed.

Then ordinary life returns.
And slowly, so does the feeling
that there must be something else.

THERE COMES A MOMENT WHEN THE QUESTION CHANGES FROM
Where should I go next?

What happens if I stay here?

A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

Between seeking and finding,
there is you.

Perhaps nothing is missing.
HOW WE MIGHT WORK

We begin with what is present.

You do not need to choose a method. We start with what is here: what you are feeling, what keeps returning, or what your body seems to be holding. From there, different practices may enter the work naturally.

The practice follows the person, not the other way around.

A PERSONAL NOTE

I know something of the searching too.

For many years, I moved through different practices, teachers and ways of understanding myself.

Some stayed with me. Some fell away.

What changed most was when I stopped asking which practice was the answer, and became more interested in what was actually happening in me.

That is also how I work with people now. We don't begin with a method. We begin with you.

YOU CAN BEGIN HERE.

Curious? That’s enough to begin.

You can come with a question, a feeling, a pattern you keep meeting or simply with the sense that something needs attention.
