STUDIOS & WELLNESS SPACES

Something your community can return to.

A regular space can allow something to deepen over time.

I can work with studios and wellness spaces through one-off workshops, visiting sessions or an ongoing presence shaped around your community and the rhythm of your space.

WHAT COULD THIS LOOK LIKE?

Different spaces can hold the work in different ways.

Rough circles

One-off workshops

A focused experience around a particular practice, theme or question.

Big Dotted Circle

Regular sessions

A recurring class, circle or workshop that gives people somewhere to return to.

Dotted Circle

Visiting days

A day or series of sessions where your community can book individual or small-group experiences.

Constellation Circle

Special programmes

A short series created around something your community is already exploring.

WAYS OF WORKING

It can happen once. It can also become part of the rhythm of the space.

1

A single workshop

A one-off experience that fits naturally into your existing programme.

2

A regular presence

Weekly, monthly or periodic sessions that your community can become familiar with and return to.

3

Something created together

A programme shaped with you around your space, your community and what you would like to offer.

Some things deepen when there is somewhere to return to.

A note from Vikram

Every space already has its own way of holding people.

I don’t think a visiting practitioner needs to arrive and bring another identity into the room.

I like to understand how your community already gathers, what people come to you for and how the work can sit naturally alongside what is already there.

Sometimes that means introducing something new. Sometimes it means creating a little more depth around something people are already exploring.

The work should feel like it belongs there.
RUNNING A STUDIO OR WELLNESS SPACE?

Tell me about your community.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to offer. Tell me a little about your space, the people who come to it and what you would like to create.
