ABOUT VIKRAM

I didn’t arrive here through one path.

And I’m still curious where it leads.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed, caught in repeating patterns, or disconnected from themselves. We slow things down, listen to what is there, and see what begins to emerge.

I GREW UP IN PUNJAB.

Where roots run deep and stories are carried.

I grew up in Punjab in the 1980s, in a large joint family where many generations lived closely together.

My grandmother, Tulsi Bai, practised Ayurveda. Healing was part of everyday life: in food, plants, family, conversation and the ways people cared for one another.

My grandmother died in my lap when I was eight. Then my father was killed when I was twelve, during the years of violence in Punjab. Loss entered my life early. So did questions about family, belonging and what we carry from one generation to another.

I didn’t know then that these questions would return much later in my life.

THE QUESTIONS RETURNED

Life took me somewhere else first.

I didn’t grow up thinking I would do this work.

Much of my adult life was spent in business, building companies, working with people and dealing with the very practical demands of everyday life.

But the questions from much earlier never completely disappeared. Over time, meditation became a more important part of my life. Then came deeper exploration of the body, trauma, family systems, inherited patterns and the different ways we make sense of our experience.

I wasn’t looking for one answer. I was trying to understand what I was experiencing.

One thing kept leading quietly to another.
AN EXPLORATION THAT CONTINUES

I wasn’t looking for another identity. I was trying to understand what actually helps.

I began studying with curiosity, not to collect methods, but to understand what was happening in me and what genuinely helps people move through difficult experiences.

Some approaches gave language to things I had felt for years. Others offered completely different ways of seeing the same experience.

Over time, I became less interested in choosing one method and more interested in what becomes possible when we meet what is actually here.
