Journeys
We all arrive in different places.
These journeys are not fixed paths. They are starting points to help you recognise where you are and what may need attention.
Your own work may move between more than one.
You do not need to choose perfectly
You may see yourself in one journey straight away. You may also recognise parts of yourself in several. That is natural.Life does not separate itself into neat categories. Overthinking may sit beside grief. Relationship patterns may connect to family history. A spiritual search may begin during a time of change. The journeys simply give us somewhere to begin.
Return to yourself
Slow down, listen and find your way back to yourself.
You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, tired or far away from yourself. Perhaps your mind rarely switches off. You may be sleeping badly, carrying tension in your body or feeling that you are always trying to keep up. Sometimes you know what needs to change, but you still cannot seem to move.
This journey is about slowing things down.
We listen to what is happening in the mind, the body and beneath the surface. There is no pressure to fix everything at once.
We may explore overthinking and anxiety, pressure and responsibility, tiredness and disconnection, difficulty resting, tension held in the body, patterns that keep you stuck, and the parts of yourself you have put aside. The work may draw from Compassionate Inquiry, somatic awareness, meditation, Ayurveda and simple practices that support daily life.
Relationships and Belonging
Understand the patterns you carry in relationships and family.
You may find yourself repeating the same patterns with partners, family, friends or colleagues. Perhaps you carry too much for others. You may find it hard to say what you need, set boundaries or step out of a role you have always played. Sometimes we are carrying more than our own story. Family expectations, old losses and hidden loyalties can shape how we relate, even when we are not aware of them.
This journey gives space to look at what belongs to you, what may belong to others and what you no longer need to carry.
We may explore repeating relationship patterns, family pressure, boundaries, fear of rejection, the need to belong, carrying responsibility for others, childhood roles, inherited family patterns, difficulty speaking honestly. The work may draw from Family Constellations, Compassionate Inquiry, somatic awareness, meditation and work with family history.
Change, loss and transition
Make space for what is ending and what is beginning.
Some changes are chosen. Others arrive without warning. Grief, separation, illness, menopause, moving home, moving country, becoming a parent or changing direction can affect how we see ourselves. Even a positive change can bring fear, sadness or uncertainty. You may feel caught between an old life that no longer fits and a new one that is not yet clear.
This journey gives space to what has changed.
We do not rush to move on. We make room for what has been lost, what still needs to be felt and what may now be trying to emerge.
We may explore grief and bereavement, separation and relationship changes, illness in the family, menopause, relocation, identity changes, career changes, becoming a parent, empty nest, uncertainty about what comes next. The work may draw from Compassionate Inquiry, Family Constellations, somatic awareness, meditation, ritual and Ayurveda.
Meditation and Inner Exploration
Bring more awareness and presence into everyday life.
You may want to begin meditating or deepen a practice you already have. Perhaps you struggle to stay consistent. You may understand spiritual ideas but still find everyday life difficult. Or you may simply feel that something deeper is asking for your attention.
This journey is not about escaping life.
It is about becoming more present within it. Meditation can help us notice the mind, feel the body, allow emotion to move and relate to life with more awareness. We find what works for you.
We may explore beginning a meditation practice, difficulty staying consistent, overactive thinking, active meditation, silence and awareness, body-based practices, spiritual questions, integrating insight into daily life, The Book of Secrets, the relationship between mind, body and heart. The work may draw from Active Meditations, The Book of Secrets, somatic awareness, breath, movement, silence and spiritual enquiry.
How the journeys work
These are not fixed programmes. You do not need to stay inside one journey. You may begin with stress and later discover grief. You may come because of a relationship and find that the deeper pattern began much earlier. You may begin with meditation and realise that the body needs attention too.
We follow what is present. The journey unfolds from there.

Sometimes we see ourselves more clearly through the presence of others.
You do not need to know which journey is yours. You may only know that something in your life needs attention. That is enough. We can begin there.
