We aim to handle personal information with care, particularly because some of the work offered through brid9e may involve personal or sensitive subjects.

brid9e does not need to receive or store your complete payment card details where these are processed securely by the payment provider.

We may retain transaction records necessary for accounting, booking administration, refunds and legal obligations.

Refunds are normally returned to the original method of payment.

8. Website, HubSpot and forms

The brid9e website is operated using HubSpot.

When you submit a form, make an enquiry or interact with certain website features, information may be processed and stored through HubSpot so that we can manage enquiries, contacts, bookings and communications.

We only use information held within these systems for appropriate brid9e business purposes and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Other service providers may also process limited information where necessary to operate the website, booking, communications or payment systems.

The brid9e website uses cookies and similar technologies.

Attending a brid9e session, workshop or event does not automatically give us permission to use your photograph, video, testimonial or personal story for marketing.

Where we want to use identifiable material publicly, we will seek appropriate permission.

You can ask us about withdrawing permission for future use, although it may not always be possible to remove material that has already been lawfully published or distributed.
