Opening & arriving
Grounding, movement or meditation that helps people arrive in the space and with one another.
Every retreat has its own rhythm. I can join an existing retreat for a single session, series of experiences or as part of the wider programme; shaped around the people, place and intention of the retreat.
Grounding, movement or meditation that helps people arrive in the space and with one another.
Inner Inquiry, Family Constellations or body-aware work when the retreat is ready to move beneath the surface.
Active Meditations and embodied practices when people need movement, expression or a shift in energy.
Ayurveda-inspired cooking and shared food experiences that bring practice into something ordinary and communal.
One workshop or practice placed at the right moment in an existing programme.
Different practices across the retreat, allowing the work to develop naturally over several days.
Working with the retreat team beforehand to help shape a strand of the programme around a particular theme or intention.
I may have a plan, but I don’t feel the need to hold onto it.
A group can arrive tired when we expected energy. A conversation can open something that needs more space. Sometimes the practice we thought we would use is no longer the one that makes sense.
I like to leave enough room to notice that.
